Embark on the journey to seamlessly integrate your Google account with your Passport XYZ through this step-by-step guide. This process not only enhances your Passport's credibility but also connects your digital footprint with the web3 space, reflecting your active engagement and identity verification within the ecosystem.

Prerequisites

  • A Google account. If you don't already have one, you can create one at .

How to verify your Google account

  1. Go to and "Sign in with Ethereum" to access your dashboard.

  2. Click Connect on the Google stamp card.

  3. Click Verify.

  4. You might get redirected to a popup window and prompted to:

    • Sign in and / or select Google account that you want to connect

    • Confirm the data that you will share with the Passport project

    • After confirmation the popup window should close and you will be redirected to the Passport app

  5. A popup message, confirming the successful verification will be shown when the verification process is finalized

  6. In the Passport browser window you can confirm your account is now verified. You can confirm this by seeing the button that previously read as Connect Account will now say Verified.

Why did I successfully claim the stamp but the score was not added? Passport's scoring system assigns scores based on unique wallet addresses. If a stamp is claimed for the same Google account across multiple wallets, only the first claim will enhance your score. This measure prevents exploitation and maintains the integrity of scoring. To attribute the stamp to another wallet, the existing stamp must reach its 90-day expiry. See for detailed insights into stamp validity and scoring mechanics.
